New month, new custard calendar. We didn't do very well last month (if "doing well" means trying them all), between vacation for a few days and being sick for even longer. I love the first of each month for the new flavors!
Here are my thoughts on the November custard calendar:
Most intrigued by: Apple rosemary (Monday)
Most wary of: Red wine poached pear (Saturday; because the shiraz poached pear was such a disappointment)
May try but may taste similar to others we have had: Chocolate cinnamon spice (Tuesday); Maple brown butter (Thursday); Banana bread (Friday)
Have already tried and rated: Pumpkin pie (Wednesday; it's good for fall even if we overrated it); Salted caramel (Sunday; we didn't really care for it, better at Pinkberry)
Which custard most interests you for November?
