Goodbye Coffee Pot

We were walking around the neighborhood tonight after dinner at Shake Shack and noticed yet another closure. (Haven't there been enough?) The Coffee Pot, which has been here since before we moved to the neighborhood, apparently closed recently.


We had only been there once, after brunch in mid-November of this year. A thought the coffee was just okay but not great, but we thought we might go back one day to just have a light lunch or some soup while getting coffee. Not going to happen now. It was pretty crowded while we were there but I guess with all the Starbucks in our area, it just couldn't survive. I wonder what will take its place. On our walk, we also noticed all the other storefronts that have changed since our arrival here. So much change. Goodbye to the Coffee Pot.
