The June custard calendar is up... and I'm glad to see some repeated flavors. Seven new flavors per month is tough to keep up with, both for scheduling and health reasons!
Here's the lineup for June:
Monday - raspberry linzer - a new one for us and we love those cookies!
Tuesday - mud pie - our review from January where we mostly liked it but it just reminded us of a Frosty.
Wednesday - blackberry buttermilk - another new one for us - it sounds good but I'm hoping that the richness of the buttermilk doesn't overpower the flavor of the blackberry.
Thursday - s'mores - this flavor will probably go on our "all time favorite flavors" list should we ever make one. Given how much we liked it in March, I'm glad to see they're repeating it.
Friday - strawberry cheesecake - we've tried other strawberry ones and other cheesecake ones but I don't think we've tried strawberry cheesecake before. This one may be new for us.
Saturday - coffee & donuts - we reviewed this one back in October, describing it as similar to a creamy frozen coffee (which explains why A liked it and I didn't).
Sunday - buttery caramel cocoa nib - another solid custard choice that we tried back in March.
We're most excited for raspberry linzer. Monday!
