We recently traveled to the Portland area for the Thanksgiving holiday, which was a nice break from the frigid temperatures of the Northeast. For the most part, there was sun, moderate temperatures, and clean Pacific Northwest air.

Our trip also meant that we got to try some new restaurants, which we'll blog about (hopefully sooner rather than later). Unlike a lot of our trip reports, this one will consist of just a few restaurant reviews, since most of the food we consumed was home cooking and holiday food. Hopefully with less posts to write, this will actually be a trip we finish writing about!
