Best of 2010

We'll be jumping on the "best of 2010" bandwagon soon (although, to be fair, we've been planning this for a few weeks and just haven't done it yet, so I'm not sure if we're really bandwagon jumpers) with our dishes of 2010 that were the best or most memorable (to us).  We're going to do separate lists and then see how many overlap.  Ideally by year end we'll have our best of/most memorable lists as well as a random sampling of the year in food.  Of course, considering the crazy work schedule lately, it may be very last minute for the end of the year, but we're doing our best!  What was your favorite dish of 2010?
